Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

We ship out orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped out within five business days of order placed- except for items that are Pre-ordered.

*Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed

Domestic Shipping Rates:

Standard shipping (4-7 business days)- $7.99  via USPS First Class Package

Priority shipping (2-3 business days)- $12 via USPS Priority

*International Shipping Rates calculated at checkout. 

Shipping provided by USPS and DHL.

Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

Undelivered Shipments:

In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact your Shipping Carrier. If you cannot contact the shipping carrier then contact

* If your delivery address is prone to LOST or STOLEN packages, please choose shipping with signature, so the package is handed over and signed for.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
DHL shipments automatically have signature.

Pre-Order Policy:

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.

Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued for 1-year use on the online store.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs.

Caribe Afrique USA is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.

In an event where the item is not required due to any unforeseen circumstances either by the customer or Caribe Afrique USA, cancellation of the Pre-order may be permitted and a store credit will be issued as per our online store policies.
